Delivery and Returns

 

I am able to deliver across the UK and offer a simple delivery service. for international deliveries please email me direct at lou@lougracemitchell.com

Many of my small ceramic pieces are under 2kg & can be sent as small packages via 1st class Royal Mail for £2.40. Larger packages costs start from £3.70 - delivery times are from dispatch.

Postal costs are worked out as you add to your basket, so please go to checkout to see  final costs. For larger orders a courier will be arranged with suitable insurance.

DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY

All goods on my website are made by hand and sometimes there may be a short wait until more products can be made.

Providing your items are in stock I will aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 working days.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase you can email me at lou@lougracemitchell.com.

Please let me know within 48 hours that you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty.

Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products unless they are faulty. Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items & make sure that the item being returned is adequately insured & packed in its original packaging.  

I will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your cancellation by agreement. I will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
